You’re talking about voguing and you’re definitely right, that’s a genre of dance she does a lot. The dance she’s doing here is called waaking which is usually paired with voguing

6:10 you're thinking of Voguing. Chungha does a lot of waacking in this MV and it's also a dance style she was trained in. Both styles have similar origins and are both used in ballroom culture and have a lot to do with arms- so it's not surprising a lot of people get them confused.
