If I made this episode Naruto beaten Kiba without farting I would made it like this After Kiba was tricked into knocking down his own dog Naruto created multiple Shadow clones (despite Orochimaru's seal) to attack Kiba. Kiba attacked some clones but one of Naruto's clone manage to knock of Kiba's leg to imbalance him allowing Naruto to do his combo Naruto Uzumaki Barrage and for final blow Naruto and his 2 clones do a triple kick to knock Kiba to the ground with incredible force

Hello FC, this is my personal opinion, also, sorry if my english not the best, still learning. The reason Naruto won is based on his inhuman amount of chakra. At the beginning of the anime, many years ago, most of the audience was not aware of the manga or had not read it directly yet, therefore all the future information about Naruto and his immense power for being the jinchuriki of the kyubi was made known. in the anime only. I say this to make it clear that Naruto from our perspective as an audience, let us see all the training he went through to get to that point in the exam. I'm not saying that the rest of the Konoha genin were not the same, a clear example is Rock Lee, but Kiba's training would intuitively be based more on an approach according to his skills as a dog master, remember that Kiba mainly uses ninjutsu and taijutsu. His abilities require large amounts of chakra on the part of him and Akamaru, his training up to that point in the exam was not disclosed but it can be assumed that he learned gatsuga and other skills more typical of his clan before improving his taijutsu, he was really decent at taijutsu, probably better that other genins, but in his current state during the fight it was not the best. During the fight we clearly see Naruto smile because he knows that he can resist attacks, he likes to attract attention and that is why he provokes Kiba by making him see that he can withstand anything, this is more noticeable when he says that he will use his new jutsu and receives a hit from an anxious Kiba not wanting to allow him to fight back, Naruto stands up and says out loud that he can't concentrate on kneading his chakra, but he does so laughing. Kiba becomes confident and finally wants to finish off Naruto and the fart scene occurs, a little unnecessary but still funny, but it can be said that it is the excuse or baiting that Naruto was unpredictably looking for to destabilize Kiba and also position him near him, At that same moment he says that he will use everything he has and performs the Uzumaki Barrage copying Sasuke copying Lee. 4 blows with all his strength, the last being a kick from the air that made him hit the ground directly. In the world of Naruto, a ninja like Kiba in the state he was in, if he receives an attack like this, he will not be able to resist it. Kiba, if he had not underestimated Naruto or allowed himself to be provoked by him, even being in his condition he could have beaten Naruto from the beginning if he fought strategically. The ninja fights in the Naruto anime are like chess, the moves are progressively built and you take an initiative or counterattack role. Naruto was able to understand this in that specific situation at least.

I counted and… Kiba hit Naruto 20 times. While Naruto hit kiba 7 times the first 2 were weak af. So basically the final 5 hits from the barrage did around the same damage as the first five attacks from kiba, but then remember that kiba has doubled chakra while Naruto was nerfed by orochimarus seal. Naruto should have very well lost this battle, arguably even equal stats probably.
