I can't believe a player of the caliber of Jakal just allowed Chunky to run it back to PS2 twice in a row after getting grab combo killed numerous times. Jakal was clearly just salty running it back without thinking about giving access to one of DKs best stages. Even if Chunky Banned FD and Kalos he could have went Town to minimize having to die off of getting grabbed. Running it back PS2 the whole set was definitely what contributed most to him losing

I agree, Jakal seemed to have let his blood rush to his head because he was losing to a low mid tier if I had to guess what he might have been thinking. Jakal losing to DK is honestly not something I thought I’d see

Jump squat out of shield is frame 3 and aerial up b is frame 1. Making it a frame 4 oos option

en gros le up b en l'air est frame 4 du coup il saute puis up b ça lui fait une option frame 7 et c'est assez rapide mais risquée puisque t en freefall après le up b

Good grief I can count the number of times that Chunky actually approached on one hand…not to detract from how good of a player he is - he just loves to camp too.

Bro he’s DK 😂. It’s a losing game to play aggressive against a character that is better in almost every way. Wolf has faster air speed, faster aerials, better out of shield options, and a projectile. Whiff punish is the play-style in this matchup.

Big cap i ran out of fingers in the first stock alone what are you talking about? What are you counting as approaching? Every time he had an opening he closed the distance and punished. DK only got range to his advantage in neutral, has to use it wisely Edit: actually i seen a little bit of what you might be referring too in the second game. Hes got a stock lead there though so pressure is on opponent to approach now. Dk dont got sonic speed the 10 seconds or less he was waiting for an opening isnt going to lead to time out
