If I had a Bible with very large print I would read it a lot more. I always put on audio bibles and I miss most of it when my mind wanders. I used to read and copy the Bible in cursive. When I never had a smartphone, just for the fun of it. Now I can turn on a audio Bible and turn up the speed of it and get through books really quick at 25% or 50% laster. I always listen to audio Bibles when I sleep. I have a lot of apocalypse dreams when I listen to the Bible in my sleep. Shows me pictures of things to come when all fallen angels are cast to Earth before the end.

CBP uses good leather which is mostly not floppy. You CAN get dry yellow markers w no bleed thru. I used to have some.

If you look up Burton bibles on KZbin. He is a bookseller in the UK. He carries Church Bible Publisher Bibles and he may carry this one! If he doesn't have it they do post to the UK but it may be expensive.

So many nice features in this Bible! The font size in relation to the spacing between words is fantastic! The page thicknes is a winner! I've no knock against it though I would prefer not to see the divider line between columns. There's nothing wrong with that, it's just not my favorite page format element. I'm looking for a larger print Bible. This and the TBS large print Windsor both caught my attention. The search continues but I may be back for this one.

I will definitely consider this one. I noticed that “Spirit” was capitalized in Genesis. 1:2 (which is good: meaning many other verses are still done correctly also). I love the paragraph marks and the concordance. I wish it did have the self pronunciation text. You can’t go wrong with this Bible; but personally I liked the Cambridge text a little better (but I’d check Genesis 1:2 bf I bought one). Beautiful Bible! Thanks for the review.

Nice review and Bible. My favorite CBP is my Black Water Buffalo, Note Takers Bible. The font is a 11 point font, which is plenty big enough for me. It's Black Letter Text, which i prefer.

You're welcome! The CBP Black Water Buffalo Note Takers Bible is an excellent Bible. The cover is really thick. AA Leathers did an excellent job on the cover. I use Micro 005 pens for underlining and writing, and I use Zebrite Bible Highlighters for Highlighting. No problem with bleed through. I believe the paper is a 36 gsm.

These prints I think just happen to be line matched do to the excellent layout. I bought one from LCBP years ago, a three piece brown and black but I deleted all my old vids I did for them ...It was a nice bible and you are right its very portable. I absolutely LOVE those beautiful Red ribbon markers! They just jump out at you! It makes me think of the “blood “ of Jesus, and for it to be “lamb”skin too😉 I also agree completely about the red letter. Very nicely done. Easy on the eyes and doesn’t distract or take away from the regular text in the slightest. Actually compliments the black text. Hard to find red letter that well done. Would prefer gold gilding though.

I really wish the brethren over at CBP would consider making these in a Handsize 10 point Font, that computerized typeface is so easy to read and would look just as amazing in a Handsize bible. I owned a Handsize bible from CBP before and had to give it away, since it was kind of hard to read the enlarged Cameo typeface. They upscaled the Cameo's 8.5 point font, to a 10 point Font, and in doing so at least for me made the text look sortive clustered and hard to read.

I totally agree this font is more modern and digitized than the handsized I gave this bible away to a friend however its dimensions are close to 10×7

@@sylviafriessen9124 I would say out of all of them the turquoise would be the easiest to read out of all of them. For me the paper is to thin in the large print (the ghosting is bad) the shine on the handsize make it hard to read in certain lighting. I hope this helps!

Looks good! I have a wide margin text Bible coming from CBP soon. Those maps are Moody Bible Institute maps btw, Cambridge did indeed use them under copyright license) up until recently, but they have been replaced with Cambridge's own. God bless!

That is indeed a very beautiful Bible. I just received a blue 120RL ironed calfskin that I am enjoying it very much. I think I would like to get a large print though. It is easier on my bifocalled eyes. I have a large print Scofield reference Bible from LCBP, but the cover is kind of stiff so it doesn’t lay flat in the hand. This one looks like it would be great for preaching and teaching out of.

Which highlighters do you use? I would probably recommend underline with micron pens. If you use a gel highlighter and gently press down I think you would be fine.

Bible Fanatics I usually use gel highlighters but I want to start underlining instead, I think it looks neater. I just need to get better at it, my lines always come out wavey lol

I've got the turquoise pro Cbp in water buffalo I absolutely love it I've been looking at this one because of the larger font is it really that big of a difference between the 11 and 12 point font? Great video brother I hope you're doing well God bless

I would say they would read close to the same. This one will have more ghosting than the turquoise and the font is not as bold. However the spacing is really good and it is very easy on the eyes.
