As someone who was in a similar situation, where my then 'partner' kept me locked in his apartment for nearly 4 years, I can attest to the fact that there are hardly any resources to help victims of this kind of trauma. There are very few resources out there, other than general therapy or hospitalization and it is genuinely saddening. What's even worse, is that there may be more victims of wrongful imprisonment out there who have yet to be found or escaped from these situations. Thank you for bringing this case to light, and I can genuinely sympathize with these poor women who were taken advantage of. (PS, sorry for any grammatical errors)

I noticed that the other girls thought Josefina was Gary’s partner, too. She was so sly that she convinced the other girls that she was on his side. If she hadn’t they would have blown her plan, I think. I just wish they had understood once she called police that she was helping them all along.

why are so many murderers bed wetters? just something i've noticed. anyone know anything?
@MonicaSweetful5 жыл бұрын
Mars Wells It’s in the triad of sociopathy. They used to considered that sign of predicting future violence. Bed wetting, setting fires, and cruelty to animals were the factors they looked at for people predisposed to committing a violent act. I’m not sure if that’s still holds true today.
@mybubbles55525 жыл бұрын
Mars Wells it might be because if they have that problem they are abused. Abused people are more likely to abuse others in the future.

Josephina absolutely amazed me. What a strong willed, beautiful woman. She conducted an absolutely brilliant plan and heroically saved the other women, along with herself. What an amazing person! I seriously cannot believe that anyone could try to paint this hero as some sort of accomplice. It's horrible that something like that happened to her. I'm so glad she got therapy and is now so much happier. You go girl!
@juliekennedy98913 жыл бұрын
It was the other victims who described her as an accomplice. They were all trying to survive a horrible, traumatic experience and because she “participated” in some of the violence and was treated differently than them in some ways, the other victims saw her as an accomplice. Poor things.
