Honestly, any AOE EGO can do I think. Those who don't have Mag Bullet Outis can use ebony stem with ease I think.

Any AOE pierce ego works good enough due to them having x1 sin affinity resistances all across the board. My personal picks were Blind Obsession Ishmael, Yearning Mircallia Don, Electric Screaming Don (only when you hit a lot of envy resonance) and Bygone Days Yi Sang.

Easiest method is to build up poise on a ID with a 5-7 weight pierce ego, then use said ego

Not that hard really just make sure you use Blind Obsession First every turn and your practically guaranteed

Yeah, it's probably like 90% winrate or so. The only thing that can screw you is if too many enemies are too fast and hit you before you can hit them.
