So much to learn from in this! This will be instrumental in helping me train my camera ops and directors! I have so many questions as well though. 1. What cameras do you use 2. How do you prepare your team for the service? Are you guys also there at rehearsal? 3. Have you tried using a CPL filter to help with the glare coming off the drum cage?

Thanks for watching. We are by no means perfect but we try our best. 1. Datavideo PTZ cams for 1, 2, 3, & 5. Cam 4 is a Marshall camera. Cam 6 is a canon C70 2. All production volunteers are at soundcheck before the services. All volunteers are also expected to listen to and be very familiar with the music before coming to rehearsal. 3. We have not tried a filter yet but that’s a great idea I will look into. Thanks!

Man, very good job, I'm trying to do this on my church, do you have any advice? We have 2 blackmagic studio cameras, and going to buy the ATEM Mini Extreme ISO next month, and we use propresenter 7 for our lyrics.

I have never seen a drum kit in the floor before. Your Cam 6 operator was very distracting in a bright shirt, and shorts are not recommended for crew. You had Cam 3 iris up and down multiple times. Looks like the lighting on stage could be reworked a little. Shouldn't have to change iris that much. I see that there are huge windows, I see how that would a problem. Running the Iris might be a little low, at least that I am seeing here. Over all a good run for the day. The PTZ cameras are very apparent. I love when teams share their work. Good to use as a teaching tool and so people can see what all goes into the production. Great job.
