As an immigrant from atheistic, socialist China and a believer, I am stunned and heartbroken by the rapid degeneration of this country, especially over the past three and a half years. This year's election marks a crucial juncture in American history, yet many believers refuse to support Trump for reasons that are well known. If meritocracy and common sense still hold value in this country, we shouldn’t even need to debate which political candidate is the better choice. Whenever I’m asked whom to vote for, I always say, “Look, by biblical standards, Trump has glaring personality flaws, but he has also demonstrated his competence and courage as a national leader. In contrast, the other candidate has shown herself to be wicked, incompetent, and corrupt, just like her party, based on her speeches, policy platforms, and her record as VP. Which one do you want leading our country?” I am grateful to Pastor Gary for clearly outlining in his courageous sermon what the Bible says about these key issues and what is expected of believers during a presidential election year! Let’s vote in alignment with biblical values and take our country back!
