It was so great seeing all your comments come through. I really appreciate you taking the time to watch and comment. Things have been a bit quite lately, but I've got a ton more content coming. In the next few weeks I'll be starting a new series on the Port Lodge Cellar Tours, and then I'll cover the tasting rooms. While working in Quinta visits and talks with winemakers. As well as some bottle tastings along the way...Welcome to channel!

Fantastic video! Have you done their premium tasting (if they have one) and can comment on it? It seems the wines tasted in the beginning are their more standard bottlings, unless I’m mistaken.

Thanks for watching and commenting! I've done a couple of different tastings there and I'll be going back in the next few weeks to review the cellar tour and tasting experience there. So then I'll have a much better answer for you. They don't really make entry level ports, which would be the "Fine Tawnies" and Rubies or Fine Rubies. So they would start you off with at least the Reserve. But after I review the tour I should be able to provide a lot more info about the tasting options. Are you looking for a certain type or level of aging?

@@learnaboutportwine Thank you! Looking forward to it. Not looking for a certain type in particular though at a producer like this I'd be gunning for the more hidden gems I can't easily access back home.
