A good cover should make, nay, FORCE you to go "huh?" or "whaaaaat!?" Yes, the original is a goth classic, and yes it is freaking awesome.. but this is sure as hell an original take on the honorable classic.

I appreciate that they tried to put their spin on the original. Nice try but, while there are some nice bits to this cover, it unfortunately misses the mark. The problem is this cover becomes, metaphorically speaking, more about the singer than the song as it progresses.

If you don't like it , go somewhere else. We love Bauhaus and we love his original. This takes nothing from it. And we are enjoying the intensity and the beauty of the singers voice, the intensity of the woman's stare. How unexpectedly the beat of the music captures you. Leave.
