Chvrches // Favourite Albums (Ep. 06)

Glasgow's electro-pop trio Chvrches features singer Lauren Mayberry (Blue Sky Archives) and keyboardists/vocalists Iain Cook (Aerogramme, The Unwinding Hours) and Martin Doherty (Twilight Sad). We met the three-piece backstage at the Gloria theater in Cologne where they talked about their favourite album "Hounds Of Love" by the English singer-songwriter Kate Bush.
Chvrches will be on tour in March and will also play some festivals in summer. Check out the dates below:

Love Chvrches, and for them to be talking about (in my opinion) one of THE best albums ever made is kinda like confirmation that quality music moves in cycles, where one artist inspires another who inspires an artist who inspires another artist etc......The Hounds Of Love is such a unique listening experience. This was so cool to hear a modern band talk about specific parts of that album that are burned into my brain. Amazing music is amazing.
