youtube > mp3 converter > *open* (if you have a Mac it will automatically start playing in iTunes). For Spotify: your Spotify should already be pre-set to add "local files" unless you fiddled with it. In "my library" theres those tabs "Made For You" "Recently Played" "Liked Songs" and there should be one called "Local Files." You'll find your downloaded song there and will be able to play it on Spotify. Sorry this response is 3 years late >.
