Am using fire stick more than 2 years... Remote wise using and all fire stick far better where mi remote little laggy Performance wise full android any way mi box will lag much But Amazon fire stick not faced any lag issue.. After one year I think mi won't give system update but four year old fire stick atleast every quarter getting update..... Playing Asphalt game without any lag using fire stick remote beach buggy,and other supported games but I don't think mi tv box will play without lag If you want to connect pen drive hard disk to fire stick usb cable available splitters am using good hard disk also working with fire stick .... Android box am previously used based on that this review

Actually I have same issue but bro u should install vlc player then it will support all sorts of format like mkv and others simply install the app or if ur tv is smart tv then directly it would works perfectly even dts audio will start working

To be frank mi tv box ah vida amazon fire stick is far better. I used both quality matters. Amazon quality alavuku mi laa thara mudiyadhu. Mainly modhala Dolby vision and HDR 10+ la enanu kuda theriyadhu mi ku. Even in MI tv la kuda support aagadhu Dolby vision. So guys the better option is fire stick
