why are they talking with so much attitude.. have they done like 100+ movies? 10+ movies? 5+ movies? how many +good movies? TALK LESS.. DO MORE GUYS.. you have a long way to go.. don't give such crazy feedback when you are just in your search phase unless you don't want to get into films at all.

Many people struggle and got the opportunity. Based on these guys information i understand these guys are well educated and doing youtube and popular. So when they try for Cinema these people should throw whatever they did before and they should go and meet the cinema either director or photographer or editor who ever will mold these guys. Why you are talking about improvise etc.. So what you are thinking i am big in KZbin and so i can do myself improvise. That is where the problem is starting. This can not complain. Even in any office if clerk is not adjust the manager then manager will not support or will not recommend for promotion. All these kind of attitude in all industries. Not only Cinema industry. Cinema industry is mind industry. When a person somebody in Cinema how much they might have struggle and come to this position. So when they call and ask you to do something just follow what they said. Don't say give script and i do improvise. Don't you think the Director know what he need to do. First get a chance and establish yourself. What i see is four of you doesn't have patent and thinking i am someone and why should i do what he said. That is the problem four of you not able to sustain in Cinema.
