Quick and easy Beaten Rice Cutlet (Chiura ko cutlet) #StayHome #CookwithMe

1 cup beaten rice (soaked for 5 minutes)
After 5 minutes keep the beaten rice in a strainer to remove extra water
Knead the beaten rice
1 medium sized boiled potato (smashed it)
I am also going to add ½ cup crushed peanuts (optional)
Add 1 small sized chopped onion
½ cup shredded carrot (optional)
Chopped cilantro
Chopped green chilies
1 tbsp crushed ginger and garlic
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala powder (optional)
Salt as per the taste
1 tsp mixed of cumin and coriander powder
½ tsp asafoetida powder (optional)
Mix it well
Start making a patties (you can give any shape you want)
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan
Cook from both side until it is golden brown in color
