Couple corrections: 1. Isreal is not a democracy its a aparthied state. Palestinians in occupied East Jerusalem ,West Bank and Gaza are not allowed to vote . They are governed by Marshall laws , have no human rights nevermind civil right and Isreali police and army doesnt protect. Well... It sounds cradible, unless you are familiar with the situation... ... Some clarifications: Support for Netanyahu is not widespread, Support for doing whatever is necessary to live peacefully without the constant threat of a genocide coming from Gaza or Lebanon is high. Hamas was elected absolutely democratically, iirc US support increased during that time in order to help Fatah win the election (since they were viewed as the "pro two state solution option" despite all of the evidence to the contrary). So despite foreign intervention Hamas was democratically elected (they did lie at that time when it came to their goals, but this is just standard playbook Muslim Brotherhood tactics). Apartheid cannot be when you live in a separate territory and with your own government... Meaning Palestinians have their own governments to blame for this (this is what rejecting "two state solution" gets you). This man sounds very knowledgeable, the thing is, he clearly doesn't know the history of this conflict, so he can only base his assumptions on NYT and Al Jazeera articles. One point though he is right about is that Gazans and Hamas are not the same (Hamas oppressed Gazans for years now...).

Bro it's not actually two territories. Israeli settlers are all over the westbank in the settlements or even in the cities like Hebron and they have more rights. Like they can use all the roads and Palestinians aren't allowed to walk on that road, and Palestinians have to pass by military checkpoints and the "Israeli" settler (most of the time it's Americans that move there...) can freely pass and palestinians are stuck in the checkpojt for hours and get assaulted by the military, also the settlers are granted building permissions and Palestinians don't and the military regularly comes to destroy palestinian property. They even train their military operations in real life situations i.e. they invade a house in the middle of the night with innocent people just to train that situation. Also the settlers can carry guns and assault Palestinians. What it makes an apartheid is that the Israeli settlers in the Palestinian territories are treated as civilians and the Palestinian civilians are judged under military law, i.e. minors can get arrested without any reason (!) and don't see a lawyer or anything and are under arrest for several days and their family is not informed about what happened to them, there are no basic right for a due process for Palestinians. The Palestinians are submitted to the Israeli military even though there is a Palestinian authority they cannot do anything if Palestinians get arrested from Israeli military. When the settlers assault the Palestinians the military is obliged to "protect" the settler agressor. Just check "breaking the silence" it is testimonials of ex Israeli soldiers that reveal the horror and injustice of occupation. The two territories aren't actually seperated Israel controls water and electricity and the borders of what is recognised as Palestinian territory and has military areas everywhere in the Palestinian territories plus the settlement. It is more like a swiss cheese than a true autonome territory. There are only restrictions for Palestinians they cannot leave the westbank whereas israelis can move freely into the westbank area. It is not like two separate countries not at all.

But here are my 2 cents, since you wrote a lengthy reply, at the bare minimum I should give you some pointers: first of all check the map of the West bank and Gaza. They are separate regions. The PA has 3 areas: A, B and C. area A has absolute control by the PA (well, they had it at least until Israel got fed up with Palestinian militants sending people to kill Israelis while being protected in the West Bank, google "bus explosion Israel", "explosion in restaurant Israel" etc...). Well I don't know about anti-black. But in Europe if you watch videos of the sharia patrol in London and Paris basically if you look gay or are drinking alcohol they will be the shit out of you.
