Everything on their website is marked “sold out” I was lucky to get this box and a holiday box very quickly and love almost everything I got. I do think they may be closing 🤷🏻‍♀️ I like the brand. Glad you finally hit yours!

Hey Sydney! I can say after 2 weeks I am sending an email. You were very patient. Even knowing they might be closing. For $50 and getting 10 full size and 2 deluxe sample size items is pretty dang good girl. Now the issue is how long have they had these products? With the lippie being separated like that and that 9 pan palette looking old I’m going to go with their old. I do know for a fact we got some of this stuff in Ipsy/Boxycharm before cuz I have them lol. That sparkle lipstick 😱 I need that in my life right now Sydney LOL 😝! I would look up the batch codes anyway just to be on the safe side. Thanks Sydney much love ♥️

That gloss sat around. For at least 2 months😂 I would be worried. Mystery items are usually older products, not expired, but they're clearing shelves. Black Friday... in January! 😂 Edit to add: I swear I got a Ciate London Cherry eyeshadow pallet last year from Ipsy store. It was pinks, and I love pink eyeshadows.

I order that box on Nov 26 and supposed they send a pre -shipment but is January 23 and I don't receive it yet I send emails to the store here i. Usa and the one and UK and nothing no refund not box . Let see if a get mine ,you luck to receive yours.😢

I just tried going to the Ciate website and this page pops up that says the store is unavailable. There are instructions if you are the owner of the store like how to get back into your store if you're having trouble. To the right of those instructions are directions for how to open your own store if you want to open one yourself. So either they have just sold everything to subscription boxes or other stores that sell makeup and it looks as though they are not even going to have a going out of business sale. Hmmmmmm. . . .

It looks like you got the Actually box not the Mystery box. Their website is now down. I ordered mine in November but it never came. Tracking number indicates they sent to another address although their confirmation shows my address. Other reviews indicate when they finally sent it was sent to a wrong address as well so appears to be a scam.

That length of time just to get a tracking number is ridiculous. I probably wouldn’t have waited that long before I requested a refund or filed a dispute with my card or bank. With that being said, I thought this was a good box for what you paid. I agree that Ciate London products are just middle of the road. I never sought them out to buy, I only got them in my Ipsy box and tried them that way. At least you got some decent items after waiting so long. Have a great rest of your week. Hugs! 💜
