I’ve hiked there every summer for the past like 10 years, the trail is different every time. This past May was a hard hike compared to past years. 👍🏼👍🏼 Enjoy exploring and keep posting videos 😎

What's the best time of year to go? When do the crowds die down and then is it too cold to swim? I'm assuming after significant rainfall it's even more beautiful. Do you do tours? 😜 I'll pay for the pass.

You actually aren't allowed to swim the tribe is really strict on it and will issue you a 300 dollar ticket if caught and they have been checking more and more often.

Does anyone know how/where you climb up to jump from the very top of the falls like a couple people did toward the end of this video? Went there yesterday could not see where to climb up. Any description/'video would be much appreciated.

I noticed on your watch you got to the falls right at noon. How much earlier should you be to beat that crowd?
@WhiteMountainKrew5 жыл бұрын
Some people start hiking around 5 in the morning,, not 100% sure when there’s not a crowd

Can anyone explain why online it says swimming is prohibited at cibecue falls, but there is always a crowd of people swimming, and no one enforces the rules? I remember talking to a tribal member and he mentioned that most of them really don't care if anyone swims there but some of them are anal about it.

@1:26.... did someone fall off that cliff? .......RIP.

Do you need a permit to go? If you do where do I get one.
@asiros964 жыл бұрын
I believe you can go to the White Mountain Apache website to get one. I think there is also a booth at the entrance to get one too. Just be careful you aren't supposed to swim there the tribe is really strict about it and have shut down the trail a few times because of it. It won't be opened anytime soon all recreation is closed right now and the tribe is closed due to covid
@paniccity5 жыл бұрын
Do they check for permit?
@WhiteMountainKrew5 жыл бұрын
I’m sure they do on certain days.
@denisrogers43584 жыл бұрын
Pass.... Rangers check for permits and 300.00$ tickets are issued often. No swimming allowed in tribal waters ! So you are NOT going swimming. Go somewhere you can swim... or Rafting on that river looks fun
@asiros964 жыл бұрын
I was going to say the Tribal Police is pretty strict about it. If you go into the Phoenix area you can go rafting on the Salt River.
@denisrogers43584 жыл бұрын
Austin Siros East Mesa has Tubing on the lower Salt. The Upper Salt River Canyon has world class whitewater rafting only March-April.
