When an African Political party talks of expropriation they're called radical but when the English compulsorily take over lands and buildings its all acceptable. EFF should push for Compulsory Purchase legislation across SA. This can be done through the Spatial Planning Framework/Legislation. Taking over abandoned and derilict buildings is not radical but practical. It's done the world over, so why should this not apply in an African setting. Love them or loath them, EFF are on to something with their policies. They're not pro poor but pro humanity
