It may be Hyponatremia with Legionella infection (Pneumonia) as per my knowledge, it may typing error that might need correction, Thank you for providing education and help to get success in the CIC exam.

Legionella = hyponatremia? No?

While hyponatremia and legionella share some clinical characteristics( Low Sodium Level) , they actually are 2 different malaises. (compare legionella with Pontiac)
