Oh, I'm not complaining about my students -- it's the classroom itself. Poor lighting, either hot or cold, 25 students crammed into a space that is narrow but deep, without much room for them to move -- it's really unlike the other classrooms in that building, more like it was just put into some space that was left over! So, it makes for -- production-wise -- bad-looking video I am indeed happy that so many people do like these videos

I really love the way you teach - you don't just stand and talk AT your class, you actually interact with them and ask them questions to check understanding etc. Your lectures are a pelasure to watch from a pedagogical point of view as much as from a philosophical point of view.

I do have some lectures on Heidegger, in a playlist, over on my channel. I'm glad the videos are useful for you. It seems there's quite a few people using them for A-level study over there

Glad to read that! I've got to say: this classroom I'm stuck with is NOT conducive to shooting video at all!

many people lend their credit cards to family members not even thinking about it, but not friends. I think genuine family relationships should be at the top, they transcend friendship.

Stability in relationships, stability in friendship.

I like the way you don't fully mock the young woman who was concerned about her virtuous friend accidentally using her credit card.
