I seen many people being confused on CD reduction limit Emblem is for early game CD and shoes too You don't wana go in late game and buy full build you can end early like this War axe and Hunter strike really important And Defence item should be according to enemy i already said in video defence item accordingly like Athena radiant armour and antique And These items works best on CICI not buying them for CD it does give CD reduction But main motive is to get passive of those items I hope things are clear

Usually in team fights the enemy doesn't let you get close enough to use ultimate before you die quickly. I use S2 to jump in, ultimate, second step of S2 to create some distance, and spam S1

Yeah, tried this one she pretty aggressive on early game but loses her shine in late game. Especially when she's one on one with mm or a tank.

Heres a guide to counter cici, heroes with slow effects and stuns can counter her plus her 1st skill will be paused when stun and slow effects can reduce her movement speed to easily catch her preventing her from showering her 1st skill

Late game she can easily kill any enemy except mm and i prefer oracle or spell vamp axe , although i like sprint but purify saves u most of the time i use that the most

I think the addition of the 5% cooldown emblem and cooldown boots is unnecessary. because the maximum cooldown limit is 40% while your build consists of: 5% emblem + 10% boots + 10% war ax + 10% hunter strike + 10% brute force + 10% oracle = 55% total then I should suggest changing the boots and emblem

When game starts she only have CD reduction from Emblem no build in early game it's emblem CD important And then those items are not bought for CD it does give alot CD but that's important for her just because that item have CD reduction we can't reject that since it's works best on CICI war axe passive hunter Strike Passive works best

Lmao what in the world build you running. You don’t need cd boots, and you don’t need oracle. Buy Athena shield/radiant armor instead of oracle and go magic def boots. Cici biggest counter is burst dps literally go tanky eat more and your sustain still good
