Mitali, wife of Kashyap was missing and she was the first suspect. Cops searched around for her but he did not have any clue But cops found some photographs of Kashyap with another girl The reason of murder was also evident and they asked Bhushan, Kashyap s partner and he recognized that girl as Teena with whom Kashyap was having affair Cops knew that Mitali has not murdered and neither taken these photographs They searched for this photographer and found that a private detective was behind Kashyap and when they traced him to find him murdered in a hotel room.
From the hotel room they found a fingerprint of killer and sure that it will match with Mitali On the other hand cops had traced Mitali and caught her her fingerprints did not match and she had no idea of killer. But the fingerprint matched with Bhushan. He had killed Kashyap for the complete ownership of company without paying any money to Kashyap.
