In Q2(a) in the table can we write PCl3 instead of PCl5?

The CAIE policy allows examiners to credit you for giving answers that go beyond the mark scheme provided that they are valid answers however, particularly in this case, PCl5 is the most appropriate answer since it is more covalent than PCl3 (the type of bonding for Phosphorus was already given which is covalent so you must pick the one that's more covalent among possible structures).
