For Paper 4 you really should add an intro and conclusion if you're aiming for a higher level. Make sure your intro actually answers the question though - it needs to present a 'thesis statement' saying whether you agree/disagree with the statement and why. Your paragraphs then will follow this thesis.

Importance and significance at IGCSE level are effectively interchangeable. The approach would be the same, just ensure there are sufficient explained supported points on each side for balance.

Wait. For the conclusion. You said we use the point that is more pushed forward weather it's for or against. But at the begging you said it should be well balanced. I'm a little confused

A balanced response acknowledges the arguments on both sides, but should still conclude that one interpretation is more convincing. For example, Nazi control of Germany was achieved through a combination of factors (all of which you would discuss and explain) but you should still conclude by saying which one was the most significant.

It's very unlikely, but it is possible that they may cover the same time period (and therefore knowledge of the same topic may be required for each).

I'm doing the Germany depth study, do you think I could get away with only studying parts A and B?

I'm not sure what you mean by parts a and b. There are four broad themes for the Germany Depth Study: Weimar, Rise of Hitler, Control ofmGeanu, and Life for ordinary Germans. Two of those will come up for you to choose from. Only preparing two topics risks leaving you in the situation where the two you didn't study are the ones on the paper. You need to prepare three minimum.

You can answer any question on the paper, but you need to ask how you _know_ you "studied it really well at home" if a professional teacher hasn't seen your answers and provided feedback.
