Can you please share what you are wearing in the video? What is the top layer called? Do you have on a one piece underneath or just pants with long sleeve Leotard?

I have on dance palazzo pants and a leotard but you can by a Palazzo Jumpsuit which is basically pants and leotard together. My top/dress is called an overlay
