@@Eijor_Pip thanks for sharing your thoughts and experience with that. I have heard some people say they think they contemplate better with cigars. I suppose it’s different for different people. For me, I think there is a difference, but I’m not sure what yet. ☺️

I keep a cigar log. I started smoking cigars again last fall following a decision to start smoking a pipe in spring of 2022. I started smoking minis just after I turned 18. My first job was at Ford Motor in Cleveland and smoking cigarettes during breaks was a habit nearly all my co-workers had even though we worked in the foundry. I don't like cigarettes for some reason. Someone handed me a mini cigar, I think it was a Swisher Sweet and I started smoking them. I did that until I went in the USAF in '76 when I stopped. Anyway my current favorites are Drew Estates Fat Bottom Betty's accompanied by - drum roll - Bicycle Race/anything else by Queen and Bourbon, La Gloria Cubana Series R Maduro which are, to me strong with a taste of black pepper, and RoMa Craft Neanderthal HoxD, they seem to me to be spicy/sweet and burn very smooth. Why the Neanderthal you ask? Well, because Ancestry confirmed my Granpa's suspicion. Thank you for being some one I like to visit with. And as an aside my local is Low Country Tobacco in Myrtle Beach.

@@Boarax thanks for sharing your story and info! I have not tried most of those that you mentioned. I thought the Fat Bottom Betty’s were a little bit too sweet, but I know a lot of people like those. I have a couple more of that series that I will try at some point. I will look at those other ones you mentioned. I have not been to that shop at Myrtle Beach but if I ever get down that way, I will try to stop. Have a lovely day!

Pretty good little store there (not so little). I think there are more cigar shops than pipes. There is a tobacco shop a couple towns over from me. I would really like to check it out someday. I think I’ll stick with pipes though, lol. You’re getting pretty good with the stogies. I like the tunes while showing the store. That cuban humidor really is a beautiful piece of work.

I just figured out how to do that music in the background, but it took me a few days. I wasn’t sure if it would be annoying or if people would like it so I thought I would try. I finally ended up with doing the method where you screenshot a whole video and then just extract the audio from it. I looked at other free music, but I wanted a longer clip.

My good double torch for cigars is a xikar and it hasn't let me down. Also I've had that Davidoff cigarillo, its a good one.

I have been smoking some cigars lately. So far my favorite are Joya Red Cigarillos.

@@SleepyPiperTodd I actually got some of the regular size Joya Red, but have not tried them yet. I will have to give the cigarillos a try! They are nice to have for a shorter time option aren’t they? Have you tried the regular sized ones?

@@carolinarose704 I haven't tried the cigars. The Joya Red Cigarillos to me are the perfect flavor and nicotene level. I think the regular cigars would probably be too much nicotene for me. I tried an Espinosa cigar last Saturday that wasn't overpowering in the nic department. It was a conneticut, and I enjoyed it. I think I do prefer some darker flavors though, like the flavor of the Jaurez shot that I tried recently. That was really tasty and didn't nic me under the table:)

@@LifeWithAPipe thank you! I have been called a lot of variations over my lifetime. My dad just called me Marie but my mom used my full name. A lot of people of course have just called me Rose. The only one I’m not so fond of is Rosie. 😁
