Chicken cheese ball •250 grams chicken (keema- mashed) • 1 medium size onion (chopped finely) •1 tablespoon coriander (chopped finely) • A big size green chilli (chopped finely) •1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste •half a tea spoon of cumin powder •half a tea spoon of red chilli powder •half a tea spoon of oregano •half a tea spoon of crushed chilli flakes •1 1/2 tablespoons of salt (depends on how much chicken is used ) • 3 tablespoons of corn flour • 1 medium size egg •half cup bread crumbs (you will need more later) •1 block of emmental cheese (can be replaced with mozzarella cheese)
