This is an amazing recipe. Came out really nice. I followed the recipe as it is with the following differences. 1. I used 3.5lbs of organic chicken thighs (with bone) as I didn't want to deal with chopping a full chicken 2. Added 4 large onions as I thought that my chicken quantity was more than it shows on the video and I also wanted more masala in the end 3. I used 2 large tomatoes which I think came out to about 1 cup of tomato puree 4. After following RB's videos I have realize that I don't need to be afraid of red chilli powder. Chicken is like rice. It takes a lot to make it spicy. And more red chilli powder does impart nice appetizing color to the food 5. You can halve the amount of masala powder if you don't want to store the leftover powder 6. The chicken and onions did leave a lot of water. I used a large spoon to take out the water and slowly added it back as the chicken fried and water dried. This way I didn't need to add any additional water Thank you for posting this awesome recipe

Looks delicious. I have made the same recipe previously and added one more step. Once everything is done, before plating, I added a small ghee tadka. Take a small spoon of desi ghee add a pinch of jeera, hit them over the gas burner and pour it on top. Trust me this will enhance the taste. Thanks Ranveer for making us smile and hungry
