Thanks, teacher. The following points I have learned: 1) The writing of an email must be clear, and easy to understand. 2) Use the active structures instead of passive structures. 3) Use verbs instead of nouns in writing. 4) Do not mention the obvious. 5) Avoid using a synonym.
