ചേച്ചി ഞാൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കി.... സംഭവം കിടുക്കി. നമുക്കു സോയാബീൻ കൊണ്ട് മനസ്സിൽ പോലും ചിന്തിക്കാൻ പറ്റാത്ത വിധം ടേസ്റ്റി റെസിപ്പി ആയിരുന്നു..... ആദ്യത്തെ കടിയിൽ തനി ചിക്കൻ തന്നെ... പിന്നെയാണ് സോയ ആണെന്ന് തോന്നുള്ളു. എല്ലാർക്കും ഇഷ്ടായി.. Finally ഒന്നുകൂടി പറയട്ടെ 5.30ക്കു soya65 കഴിച്ചിട്ട് 9.30ആയിട്ടും വിശപ്പ്‌ വീണില്ല ആർക്കും(our usual time for dinner is 7.30-8pm). ഞങ്ങൾ 10പേരുള്ളൊരു വല്യ ഫാമിലി ആയോണ്ട് 200gm ഉണ്ടാക്കി. എല്ലാർക്കും എത്തിക്കണ്ടേ 7-8pieces. വിശപ്പില്ലായ്മക്ക് ഞാൻ ഒരു ഡയലോഗഉം കൊടുത്തു'soyabean is the richest source of protein so u never feel appetite.
