They will feel like they are constantly in a survivoral mode at work. At one point, it will burst somewhere, As much as I agree, Priyanka is successful anchor and artist, she is being over loud and dominated in every shows she is in. I'm guessing it's because people at work don't give her advice or suggestions anymore.

Ravoofa didn't even give chances to Manimegalai as an Anchor. Ravoofa also used Mani as a karuvaeppilai. She only used Mani as a comedian but not an Anchor. She gave Shivangi more chances compared to Manimegalai. If she encouraged Manimegalai as full-time Anchor position in her shows, Mani would not have faced the current issue.

Since her marriage her family dis-owned her therefore, she was financially low. So, she did any job she was offered to get salary. That's why she agreed to be a Comali in CWC, but her dream was to get back in to her Anchoring career. She was with Media Masons for many years, but they did not give her chance as a full-time Anchor. They only used her whenever they needed her, but not as a full-time Anchor in their productions. The gave many chances to Nisha, Shivangi, and many others. But not to Manimegalai. But they used her as Comali in all their seasons.
