Cillian, could you please tell me what tuning you are using here? I have just got a tenor banjo and tuned it to mandolin tuning but your tenor sounds like it is higher in tone. Are you using Tenor banjo tuning or mandolin tuning? Thanks in advance.

@@RyanSavage_Banjo He's tuned up about a semitone - and the low string is tuned up to A. So essentially Bb-Eb-Bb-F

Irish banjo is the worst. A banjo has 5 strings. You wouldn't call an ukulele a Hawaiian guitar, would you?
@thewren017 жыл бұрын
That's why it's called tenor banjo dumbo
@aaronkenny64837 жыл бұрын
thewren01 Doesn't make it a banjo, anymore than an ukulele is a guitar. Do you understand logic?
@thewren017 жыл бұрын
It's a banjo full stop. Unless they change the name to something else I will call it a banjo. Best of luck to you tryin to change it. I will be keepin eye out on your progress. And no I don't understand logic
