Lovely video as always, Tom! Having a meat-only diet I eat chicken quite a lot but I’ve never cooked it over an open flame like that but the way it looked and how easily it came apart on the video makes me want to start cooking it that way haha..👌🏻🔥 Also I was really excited when I saw the footage of inside the model longhouse because it actually looked real & full-sized! Dear Tom & Cornelius, I haven't watched in a few months, but as they say "Absence make the heart grow fonder." I love the Viking History and Mythology. I did not grow up with that information, so I am very intrigued by what that you present. I always think of you when I go camping and hiking and hope that you are well. I could watch a 20 minute video or a 20 hour video and relish every minute. Keep it up my Viking friend!

I was watching one of your canoeing adventures the other day and it brought back some wonderful memories of my younger days when my brother and i paddled away in the lakes and rivers in Ontario.
