As i have completed my bachelor from BD. I have recently applied to ca foscari university for masters. Though they didn’t notify me whether i am accepted or not for masters program. But they mailed me regarding CIMEA and wrote that the CIMEA will be open from 18th march. As I didn’t get any offer letter yet, should i submit CIMEA now? Or I will submit it after getting offer letter? Thanks brother

You can apply with provisional. When you will complete the application, CIMEA will send you equivalent verification certificate within two months.
