This song relates to me song much... I have depression, I’m bullied at school and parents keep on pressuring me to be “perfect”... Whenever I just get a “B”, I feel like a failure because I’ve always had “A’s” in my life. My parents also got divorced when I was in the third grade and that’s when everything started going downhill... Nobody really gives me support and I have major trust issues, especially since all my “best friends” have betrayed me in the past... Being the fact that I've been depressed for the past two years and this year it's just gotten worse this song helps. I struggle with self harm, although I've only just reached out for help and went to a close friend and opened up together we seemed help and I'm now getting the help that I need, but it's not over yet. I've been dealing with family issues since I was born, my father left us and I went for years without knowing him, I started talking to him last year and it was horrible. He's a drug addict and he's a bad man altogether... so I reached out to my sister on his side that lives with her mum. She opened up to me and I've found a great friend in a sister that I'd never met. She taught me that things don't necessarily get better we learn ways to deal with the situation, although it might take me months or even years. It's taken her 13 years of being unhappy to move to a new place and she found happiness.

God. I listen to this song a lot (because I have Spotify on Shuffle for Cimorelli) and it have never got me in tears. But tonight, I was sitting at my desk writing on a notepad because my journal was taken and I shuffled my Cimorelli playlist on KZbin. And this song came on first. The first couple words had me in tears. When Amy sang “All I ever do is screw up” that got me. That really got me. I sat down by the edge of my bed by the floor and cried. I was writing my feelings as I couldn’t see the pages through my tears. When the song ended I had one last moment of bawling and I stood up, wiped my tears, smiles, and walked out of my room.

I have depression, my family went through a really bad divorce, I haven't spoken to my dad in 10 months, and I never feel good enough. I always feel like it's my fault. I'm a mistake. My mom doesn't accept part of me, and I have no one else. I'm all alone, and I am never good enough. I have no self esteem and I've been so sad that I've done some harmful things to myself. This song and the song "You're worth it" just makes me cry cuz they're both so relatable and I don't feel as alone. I have problems and my family knows about none of them. I am alone and I can't wait until I can leave this town and be on my own. I know I'll never be good enough, and I'm a little scared to be on my own because then I know that I can do whatever I want and I don't want to accidentally take things to far. This song gets me so hard everytime I hear it. My parents are not divorced or anything, but my dad is just a stranger living in my house. I'm invisible to him. I´m 17 now and I´ve learned to accept it, but in my childhood it was so hard. He never showed up to my shows at school, he never said "I love you", he was never proud of me. He always points out the things I can get better at, in school and stuff. I have a little brother and he loves him way more and it's like he don't see me. I'm legit crying now, not because I'm sad about my past, but because I feel empathy for all the children who may feel the same way as I did.
