Phenomenal video my friend- I’ve been thinking the last couple weeks about making a video like this. You hit pretty much every single thought I had about the skates 🍻🍻

Well you were me for 24 hours so we’re pretty much the same person 😆🍻

That was the SMOOTHEST intro to a video I've seen in a long time. Amazing job man! 💚💚

That intro was fire! Love stop animation dude. Great review as well, I need to get on some at some point.

The liner description was spot on! I have been telling people it's a mix between a Fatboy and an intuition liner. I love it.

FYI most craft stores will have foam sheets. I bought some for .99 cents ea that were 2mm thick with one adhesive side. They were super easy to stick on, trim, and cut holes for all the bolts.

Just last week i looked on their site, and also they had 1 pair of my size left, so i grabbed them. Should be here later this week. Super stoked to try them

Intriguing boots for sure. I appreciate the work you put into the intro, taking each shot bit by bit. How did you keep the laces off the ground? 🤔
@Tryhardtri2 жыл бұрын
The sequence was shot in reverse and that’s how the laces were able to appear suspended.

Beautiful intro! HOW LONG DID THAT TAKE TO FILM?!. I agree with almost everything you said and look forward to the next clips. Stay safe.

The intro took about an hour to shoot and an hour to edit.

It's kinda hard to find the Faction Tactical V1 White model here in EU - Wonder why? Since the shipping price from U.S is way to high and the skates too it's a milestone to get them..

Never thought of using thread tape to secure the bolts. Seems like a better option than using loctite

I've never had any luck with Carbon Fiber boots so I didn't even consider them but once I had a chance to try my buddy's pair on I knew immediately that these were unlike Carbon boots I've experienced before but by then they were completely sold out everywhere. The minute a pair showed up on the Blade Trade Outpost in my size I jumped on them. As soon as they restock I'll be getting another pair.

Agreed, I was so pumped about USD carbons and tried so hard to like them but couldn’t. The Factions are a medley of almost all my favorite stuff from various skates over the years and feel nothing like the USD or Adapt ones I’ve tried.

I think I'm gonna get the mint green CC model

Sorry, I was unclear about something in your video, on the screen it said your feet are 275mm and if I understood correctly you are skating a size 6.5 skate? I am 267mm, I was recommended the 8.5 [42shell] by faction when I talked with them at Bittercold. I plan to wear with the intuition premium liners size 8-8.5, do you think I can downsize into the 8 [41shell]?
@Tryhardtri Жыл бұрын
275 is Ben’s mondo and it’s a meme cuz he is always saying it. I’d go with faction’s recommendation
