*SPOILERS FOR CINDER AHEAD* I completely predicted how Cinder was Princess Selene, yet I saw how Cinder wouldn't have seen it coming. I mean I'm sure no ones first conclusion to a life threatening situation is "DUH, I'm royalty!!! I AM THE MISSING PRINCESS". And let's be real no matter how cheesy this line in a book sounds, "what I can't be special, I'm just an ordinary/undesirable ______, even though a really attractive boy(s) like me A LOT" (or somewhere along the lines), we all have flaws and we tend to pick and poke at them. I mean if someone went up to me and said "ur third aunt was Count Dracula's late wife and now u must take his thrown" I'd laugh in their face

For some reason I was never to intimidated by Levana. Like, she's the villain, and we should stop her, of course, but that's it. Then I read Fairest and I was like 'somebody needs to stop her. I mean, not me, obviously because I'm gonna be hiding far away, but the characters need to.'

At that point Cinder didn't know how to use her power, but even if she did, Levana would know instantly that she was there. Cinder's objective was to talk to Kai and leave before Levana found out. Besides, is Cinder the type of girl who cares about being beautiful?

I guessed that Cinder was Princess Selene too and when she was I was so excited because I usually never guess the plot twists and it was amazing 😂😂 aCK I CAN'T WAIT TO HEAR YOUR FEELS ON THE NEXT TWO BOOKS. Scarlet is even better than Cinder, but when you get to Cress... hOLY GUACAMOLE THAT BOOK IS FANTASTIC. I read Cinder for the first time this month too, and was pleasantly surprised by it! I absolutely called the ending as well though, it wasn't concealed particularly well through the plot. Without giving any spoilers, I think you're going to love Scarlet!

I read the entire series in about a month. I read winter in a week. I (please don't judge) yelled at my book and characters. I also ( again don't judge) cried so much that I actually put a piece of see through plastic so I wouldn't ruin the book.
