If I have been told correct information then not really because you can already have her doing those numbers by using her burst when she is fully charged. In fact the update could be a slight nerf to her damage if you have her charge damage over 200%. Like how Konoha has her charge at 219%. He will see about 10% loss in her burst damage.

FYI, it isnt that much of a buff, even a slight nerf. cindy's burst is curretly bugged, and scales off of charge damage, meaning you double the damage when using it during her firing cycle (and dealing bonus damage if equiped with charge damage lines.) The new update fixes this bug, and doubles burst damage to compensate for most of the lost damage.

During last week, I spent all my 70 to pull, and finally got her in the last round. Since I had a total of 102k diamonds, I pulled her again in order to make her 3 stars. It took me half of my diamonds to make her 3 stars. But out of surprise, I got four spare parts for Cinderella and other Nikkes’s spare parts, which not only make my Cinderella into 3 stars+1, but also make my Alice, Trony, and Rosanna 3 stars as well. I also got Phantom during my pulls, not sure if I’m lucky or not……

She’s technically getting a nerf if you have charge damage overload lines. About a 10% loss overall. But she will be more consistent with her damage without needing to be fully charged and firing in order to maximize her damage.
