Her company was losing ground, Yes FL did save it by hair but it was not out of water, what ML did was make a lot of money for her but merging it with a bigger firm. Originally other firm wanted to take that land but ML kept companies as it is and totally modernized it, making it a lot more profitable then he brought back shares from other firms then fully owning it and basically gifting it to FL. He kept his question the same at the end what is more important to her the company or him?

he didn't do it for her he did it for himself so that she would forgive him and come back to him cmon now and then he gave her a car as another bribe he wasn't even sincere he sent someone else to talk him up and make him look good and the excuse is that he's too tired to come see her himself this guy's still a selfish prick It's a shame this series didn't end the way it should've ended Zhong Chu Xi too talented of an actress to have her character be strong through the entire series and then turn into a weakling such a shame

I get his mistake but he thought he was doing better for her as it would make her a lot of money, people forget he was with her from start to finish when she lost all hope and was going to end herself, He gave her loan extensions, Investments, Support and Guidance. He did realise what he did wrong but he always thought she would choose him over the company but that didn't happen, at the end of the show he asks her the same question about what she values more him or company. And She chooses him.

@@kossttamojaan There are alot of dramas and even relationship where ML or FL assumes this will be better for their partner, it wasn't something new. It is a lot more common than you think. She chooses this because it's written that way doesn't fit because we can say he made a mistake because it wrote it that way because earlier in drama he used discussed everything with her why he didn't do that this time because it's written it that way. In a relationship or dramas it happens where ML and FL always hide something crucial so they have mandatory rift in later episodes. But her company was already hanging by hair and he was right about merging in business sense and her betterment. He basically ends up modernizing the whole company and makes it independent . In the real scenario both would have a proper talk after that and discuss where both were coming from instead of cutting all contact like they did in drama. In drama she easily gets hired by a rival company and all is not realistic also.
