What makes it worse is that she succeeded in killing Cinderella as in a scene someone posted when Red and Chloe looked back into the future after time travelling into the past after Charming was captured and demanded where Ella was, a guard gave her Ella glass slippers which she then proceeded to let fall to the floor and smash to pieces causing Charming to start screaming "No!" while the Queen just laughed.

Girl I love Ella but I wanted her to shut up for a minute. Red clearly knew it was wrong and didn't wanna do it but then Ella just had to open her mouth and say she can't do it. For someone who's spent her whole life being told she never had what it takes to be like her mother, who by the way she still looks up to despite her eccentricities and cruelty, those words triggered her. Ella's remark was well-meaning but saying the wrong thing at the wrong time, earned her a one-way ticket to the gallows. It's a lesson for us all.

Should've listened to her song. "I"m a queen not a politican, all I need is your submission. You should listen or you'll wind up in a prison you'll be livin in a dungeon underground!" Also it was pretty impactful to not only keeping seeing "Evil Red" but Bridget laughing like psycho throwing the glass slipper at Charming. But we don't actually know if she was killed. For all we know, they could've had a convo while she imprisoned her rather than "off with her head" out of the fact she was actually her friend, regardless of what else we do/don't know yet. That random halloween shirt "Wickedly Sweet" did certainly make it seem like someone else (despite speculation brandy cinderella would now be evil) in all black is the villain next time, who knows though. I think we can rule out "the evil queen" and "maleficent" so shall see. Also I hope we get a descendants of Aladdin and Jasmine, they've only had that idea floating around since the second film, use it now! Why else even bother to have them cameo in rise of red at all then, right?

No The VK'S did the prank entirely. Bridget is mad at Ella because she went to wherever with prince Charming nd wasn't the for her so she felt betrayed and became evil. Hope this helps!

I know Cinderella says it’s all in the past. But she never apologized for the prank or tried to say I was set up even here. Just applied to a moral high ground. Maybe a sequel will address it but it kind of comes off as hypocritical when in the past she has a song about trying to understand where other people come from.

You’re all assuming it was Cinderella because of potential subtext but the fact is, the actual text plays it out that Bridget was pranked and blamed EVERYONE. It didn’t matter if they were involved or not. I’m sure that in the fifth film it will be revealed that Ella somehow was involved originally but as of now that’s not but speculation.
