If you see the whole drama, you'll see that it was not him who killed her family, I mean he planned to, but later he backed away from the plan and it was someone else who killed her family

Doesn’t change the fact he tried to force himself sexually on her. It’s the same with all “dog-blood” dramas and novels. He could kill her and it be a misunderstanding or miscommunication. The fact is whether he intended to kill you or not his first thought was to cause harm to you - regardless of whether he knew the action would result in your death or not.

Too bad, I really liked this male lead as the 2nd lead in "You are my destiny." He was so sweet, loving, considerate, and respectful there towards the female lead; the exact opposite here. I was rooting for him and even wanted him for myself when he got rejected, lmao I hope he could be given a better drama role with a superb script soon.

What are you talking about?! The male lead pretended to love her to marry her and then set up explosives to kill her family. He may have changed his mind at the last minute and tried to have the bombs diffused - too little, too late - but get your head around the fact that he was a manipulative sociopath from the very start. Then, after she tries to kill him in revenge and loses her memory…he makes her his servant and proceeds to abuse and torture her daily. He made that choice knowing exactly who he was and what he has done to her and her family. Talk about disgusting and manipulative! Then; when she wants to leave him, he plays the “you are mine only” and forces an abortion on her. And hilariously, they expect us to sympathize with this monster because he later learns that the baby was HIS! (Like it would have been ok to force her to abort against her will if the baby wasn’t his…) He basically made her life such a living hell that she would rather kill herself than remain with him. Whether the other guy had “other motives” or not is irrelevant to just how toxic, manipulative, and controlling he is towards her for 90% of the drama. He *only* thinks about himself. Never once thinks about what she wants or needs. She was better off without him. And I hope he lives with the regret of killing his unborn baby every second of every day. Although, given that he is a psychopath, I am uncles whether he has the capacity for actual love. He treats people (wife; baby) like objects he owns not actually with love and respect. When she first lost her memory, he made her his slave/servant and proceeded to abuse her. When he forced her to abort, he then goes on to sexually assault her. When she gets amnesia the second time (🙄) after trying to kill herself to get away from his abuse, he again pretends they are in a loving relationship and manipulates her. He goes as far as to set up an attack on himself where he protects her to earn her sympathy. What a manipulative psychopath! He also FAKED a letter from her father to get her to sleep with him! He. Is. A. Psychopath! Let’s say he had zero involvement in her family’s murder…(which is not true)…how would that change anything? He is so toxic to her. Never respects her. Not once. Never bothers to tell her the truth. Is controlling and abusive throughout most of the drama - including when he supposedly “loves” her. Not sure how the other guy’s motives should impact our opinion of this male lead.

Sorry-just to be clear-you find it acceptable that he forced an abortion on her because he though the baby wasn’t his? Are you mentally unwell? Whether the baby was his or not, he’s a toxic and abusive man who had no right to force an abortion against her will. She lied because she hates him and desperately wants to leave him but he is too controlling. He made her life so horrible they she would rather kill herself than stay with him! It’s creepy to see you defend him and out the blame for his unforgivable behavior on her… Let’s not forget that when she first loses her memory, he uses that opportunity yo make her his slave/servant and proceeds to harm and abuse her. (That says a LOT about his character.) And right after he forces her to have an abortion, he is sexually assaulting her. (This guy doesn’t know the meaning of the word “no”). then, when she loses her memory the second time (ridiculous plot point) after trying to kill herself to get away from his abuse, he again pretends to love her and manipulates her. He goes so far as to stage an attack on himself to gain her sympathy.

Him aborting the child was terrible whether he knew the child was his or not. That is why the scene is horrible. Where there is angry or rage, bad things happen if people don't move away.
