Sounded great!" I liked the slightly growl-y tone you dialed in. If I could offer one bit of advice, practice using the two-finger "walking" technique when you're playing quarter/eighth/sixteenth notes on the same string. It will be a lot less tense for your right hand. It will allow you to sound and feel more relaxed and fluid in your playing. Once you've mastered that, you could add your ring finger for super-slick triplets and Iron Maiden-style galloping runs. I love your attitude and enthusiasm. Keep up the great work!

Nice tone and natural feel .. You will really progress when you figure out how to do whats called a rest stroke. Its when your finger comes to a rest on the next fattest string. Or in the case of E, riyht onto your thumb. At the moment your playing it like a harp, which is cool too but you wont look back after dicovering the rest stroke.

Sounds great..... Work on your alternate fingering for the fast stuff. And some of those fast notes are pull ons and you don't need to pick. Rock on......

Hey Rose I've been a 30-year bass player and I just want to say your technique needs a little work let me give you a little bit of advice when you're plucking the strings you want to have your thumb anchored and also practice with a metronome

....all you need is a 1976 Ampeg SVT behind you............old strings will kill your tone......if you can't afford new ones boiling them was an old trick to renew SOME tone....
