It's a beautiful song, melody. His voice, guitars, bass, drums...all of it. I like all the versions. He could be singing about pancakes & I'd still think it was beautiful.

Wow...this is a piece of music history, here. I can't believe how much they trimmed this song down! lol I gotta say, though... Cinderella were one of those bands that understood the concept of "less is more." Even in an age where masturbatory guitar solos were accepted and expected, Keifer and Co. wrote toned-down solos (I should say SOUL-o's lol) that hit the spot yet didn't upset the pace of the music. Really cool to here this, but the final cut of the song is definitely better 4 me.

Wow, so interesting. Great version, but the changes made it classic. Not sure this version would have been nearly as popular. That is why there are professional producers who can reshape great.

That part starting at 3:05 and running to about 3:50, that just completely left me happily overwhelmed by this! I've been aware of Cinderella since before the first record (my mom's boss at Pat's Dogs helped promote them locally and is thanked on the first record so she told me about them), but never heard any of the demos before.

Si bien es cierto, no podemos dejar de lado, que esta es una obra maestra. Es uno de los grandes temas que hicieron historia en el glam y metal. esta es la versión desnuda de una obra maestra; eso roza la perfección
@agustinucci
@agustinucci 2 жыл бұрын
@@felipealcoba Jajaja me parece un poco exagerado decir que Nobody's Fool es una obra maestra. Más relevante me parece Don't Know What You Got que esta. Es una buena canción? Si. Obra maestra? Ni en pedo. Es una canción comercial de los 80's. Nada que Bon Jovi, Guns o Skidrow, por dar unos ejemplos, no hayan hecho.

Tom sounds so young! He sounds awesome, but he just keeps sounding better and better with time. Unlike Sebastian Bach who can no longer sing his own songs and drops the notes. Sorry,SB. You were great BITD,
@vivihuguinho

But actually Sebastian has really most power of voice than Tom, but Tom is a great singer too, and we can't comparate Tom with Sebastian, cause Sebastian was the only singer in the world that could hit high notes like that, really amazing, you can check out in '' I remember you '' bye man.

great demo, they cut the guitar lead intro for the single chord melody, destra's drums seem to drag and slow the whole song down, tom's growl not completely developed yet and sounds forced in a couple places, and they cut the entire b part which was pretty cool. i like that concept, the slow sad part followed by a faster "i've moved on" part. just me personally but i think keifer lucked out when smith and destra left, labar and coury just better musicians. jody cortez actually playing drums on the night songs version.
@TheTruth-nq4eo
