This plays during the unreleased “happy ending” where Rusty is elected president of the newly established Rubicon government, Balam and Michigan accept lucrative defense contracts with them to safeguard Rubicon, Walter and Carla resume research on Coral to ensure a safe way of harnessing its power, Igauzu goes to therapy while a pair of mysterious ACs known only by callsign Raven and Ayre hunt down rampaging Coral weapons to ensure the safety of the planet.

Yeh I agree with the other comments, someone like Flatwell - who's already leading the RLF - would be most suited to leading some form of Rubiconian govt once the RLF are actually able to establish it in the absence of the corps. As cool as Rusty is, he's a pilot at heart.

What people are talking about here is that she played the violin and the cello in FromSoft's in-studio band, FreQuency, and she had a very flavourful style. Tracks like "Vendetta" from Verdict Day are arranged by her, and she plays in other tracks by Hoshino, like "Forgive an Angel". I also suspect hers is the cello on "Someone Is Always Moving on the Surface - FreQuency edit" her playing is heard

Walter fight IMO. Naturally, the title also fits perfectly. This is the track of the Cinders, you can feel the melancholy that Walter was likely feeling during our fight with him. Simply incredible.

This song is gorgeous. One of my new favorites. Frequency is still proving to be the best. I wanted AC to come back so badly. And it's finally here, and it's good. Really good. It's been a long time. I'm so glad that AC6 is introducing so much more people to this brilliant franchise. Even though this is an original composition. Something about the emotion in this piece is really speaking to me as a long time fan of AC. It feels nostalgic, like I've finally come home.

I only ever found Armored Core properly when 6 came out, and I decided to give it a try despite having reservations about me liking it. I'm so glad I did. I started For Answer recently too, and I'm having a blast! It's a wonderful series, and I honestly prefer AC6 over Elden Ring, by a large margin. And the music is awesome - this and Thinker are my favorite songs now. I'm glad to be here :> Better late than never, I suppose

This should've been one of the final boss themes. I have nothing against The Man Who Passed The Torch, Cries of Coral, or Allmind, but this kind of music was missing from the soundtrack.

To me, this sounds like the song that should have played during Destroy the Arquebus Interceptor Fleet. It's simultaneously a sad song - reflecting how you and Carla have both lost Chatty and Walter in the leadup to this big moment where you're on your way to turn Rubicon into cinders - and liberating, for this is the one and only moment in the game where all energy restrictions are removed and you can just fly freely in the sky forever. Also if you play this over footage of the mission it lasts juuuust long enough to end right when Rusty shows up. And hey, that's another thing the sadness of this song works for, since you're about to kill the closest thing to a friend you have on Rubicon.

I guess this song is trying to make you feel about survival in Rubicon 3 after "Fires of Ibis" incident. They suffer not just from the incident but also from the company that wants to gain everything from Rubiconion. Every time they just fight to survive but one day they will get a message from someone who may look like a monster in their eyes. "Raven" They got a new reason or inspiration from something that Ayre sent. So that it makes "The cinders are alive with flame once more." They fight again but this time is not just for one, It's just for everyone in Rubicon. Yes, I just tell this mission "Destroy the Drive Block, Chapter 5". FYI. Another meaning of "Cinders" in Armored Core VI is the survival from "Fires of Ibis" incident. **** If you read and don't understand what I mean so I'm sorry. My English skill is weak for now.

definitely, feels like a straight continuation. while Reminisce feels like a song that would play in the endings while you reflect on what happened, this feels like its prompting you to get up and take action. the story continues.

When snail says stir the cinders, when walter says burn every last cinder, they aren't just being figurative, they're talking about the rubiconians, and the coral.

"activating combat mode" I heard her say after waking up from the waters of this uncharted planet we found ourselves into after the Coral release. Fire, ash and thunder, smoke and death were all i was used to see after hearing those words in the past, orders followed as naturally as breathing, and carried away as easily as i flew on these wings lent to me by my handler. But this time i felt something i forgot existed, and kept feeling it even after flying again together with Ayre. I felt tears of joy in my face (This was just something i wrote inspired by this song, hope you guys liked it!)
