Hate to break it to you, but shipping something priority mail doesn't mean the post office will cover it. I ordered some looms from Knitting Board, never received them and have been fighting with the post office because they are refusing to cover it

Pay attention - multiple times she states she paid for INSURANCE therefore it is covered.
