Thank you ❤. After 13 years of public ed teaching, I am tired of making complaints. I am READY to be the change!

You can do it!!!! Look at the playlist on my channel and the article that I reference. Then just ask questions. Many are doing it!!!

Great advice! Omg I know the staffing struggle all too well and have been burned twice. I am very upfront about how much they will make and what to expect but for some reason people agree to things during the hiring process and then start complaining almost immediately or decide they don't want to do the part of the job that makes up a significant portion of their pay. Hhhhh🙄

Ive had a similar experience. Trained teachers are stale and need to be untrained like homeschoolers need to be unschooled.

I like how you put that!!!

Can you give me an idea of what pay should look like? Do I pay per hour or what is a good salary
@CindyTheLDCoach6 ай бұрын
It depends on a lot of different variables- part time or full. My part time staff gets an hourly rate. What can you afford? What will they accept?

How much do you pay interns?
@CindyTheLDCoach4 ай бұрын
It depends on their level of education/experience. Before COVID at least minimum wage. This past semester I had a community college student who had her RIT (I hope I got that acronym correct) it’s like a person who works under someone who is an ABA therapist. I paid her $15.
