The best brass library became even better... Thank you, this sounds amazing!

Not only is this an awesome library, but the developers are humble and respectful.

The new Two Horns patch sounds fantastic, guys! Really looking forward to using the updates.

HI, that's for the update, the leveling if the shorts and sustains was my most needed adjustment. I tired to download your update for CORE, but your instrument files are a zero k zip file that doesn't work. The samples are 1.7 gigs, I assume that file is ok. Any chance of looking into the instrument files?

Sounds like a very good library. I have browsed the internet and youtube for brass videos for some time now, and I just might go for this one :)

Finally! Oh god, I'm so happy it's there. I love this lib so much!

These libraries are, maybe, the best on the market as far as I am concerned, I have them both and I couldn't be any happier however I don't understand why they left the TROMBONE ENSEMBLE patch without the LEGATO, you only have sustains if you press the sustain pedal. The PRO one has TROMBONE solo with its legato patch, I don't know why the left the LEGATO on the CORE one.

+Angel Mario Menendez is the true legato not included in the articulations patch? Michael mentions this after the 5 minute mark when discussing the trumpets ensemble articulations.
@angelmariomenendez88078 жыл бұрын
My dear Paulo the legato is activated on the Articulations Patches if you press the sustain pedal but remember, not all the patches have legato just the ones doubled, for instance; Trumpet Ensemble Articulations, you will have there 1/8, 1/4 and 1/2 but if you press the sustain pedal you will be activating the legato within the same patch, then you have just the Trumpet Ensemble True Legato which lacks of articulations but you don't need to use the sustain pedal but, again, this condition is ONLY on the patches with their respective Legato patches, it is not like you will have a Legato in all the patches if you press the sustain pedal, for instance let's load Cimbaso & Bass Trombone Patch, in this case you will be activating a sustain and not a real legato transition if you press the sustain pedal. I hope this may help.

+Angel Mario Menendez ahh ok got it thanks. I'm sure they will eventually get round to adding this feature to all their instruments. I'm very impressed with their constant support and improvement of their existing products.

Michael, This, right here, is absolute top-notch customer service. This is why CineBrass is, to this day, still one of the best brass libraries out there, even 7 years after the first release. Thank you so much for this, and I will be part of the grand CineFamily. See you soon!

Can anyone tell me what instrument he's using to change articulations (staccato, low soft, etc.)? I'm so confused on how to change articulation without having that!

Great demo, Mike :-) Surprisingly at 13:23 - 13:29 my set of CineBrass Core doesn't achieve the same brightness at CC#1 all the way up. It stops around f and it doesn't progress any further ( it never reaches ff dynamic). I absloutely love this library to the point, that I'm replacing brass tracks in my older sessions :-) What a change !!!

Make sure you are not playing before the kontakt library has loaded completely. Also, it could be CPU/RAM limitations, you might be able to increase your buffer settings in your soundcard to get rid of the cracks.

Hallo, I just purchased CineBrassPro. Luckily - for 50 % price. Some things I had no idea about - there are just four (!) articulations : three short notes of different lengths and one sustain - legato. Important - no possibility of vibrato notes, not even thinking about vibrato crossfade possibilty... ! Shocking. Also - no shakes, no scoops, falls, glissandos, phrases etc. As a top of a list - zero feedback from Cinesamples. Make an opinion for yourself ! Oh yes, the basic sound is quite nice ! :-)
@-Meric-3 жыл бұрын
The articulation list is public on their website. Your fault kinda for not even looking into what you are buying.
@ivanmisurecmouseproduction4933 жыл бұрын
@@-Meric- Nah, here I have to agree…… I was tricked by this PRO in the name and expected it will have some standard features. It didn ´t come to my mind at all, that someone could produce such an instrument and wouldn ´t include vibrato samples for the solo brass - just to name one of the fails. Hmmm, it was not that cheap experience, but it did a good job for me…:-) So I went for Synchron Brass and now I have a real PRO instrument…..my recommendation to everyone……….

If you guys are trying to get a symphony to back rock/metal (like Metallica did in S and M), this is the horn section you want out of all VSTs (i tried orchestral essentials, as great as their samples and tones are, it's not a synth you can do a lot with, unfortunately). This core and strings core and you're done as far as I'm concerned (i rarely use percussion synths, but i'm sure cine has something cineful... and if you use that as a product title, i'll expect a free copy lol) ... Why do my comments end up in more parenthesis than not?

Art Vasch EWQL Symphonic Orchestra has nice brass instruments, better than Orchestral Essentials, but it just can't beat this. Oh, and sorry for a 6-months reply. :D

I don't know if you still read these posts but I happen to agree with you. I have both CORE and PRO and nothing can come even close to these two libraries as far as I am concerned, especially when you get the hang out of it. I am a huge huge fan of my boys from PROJECT SAM and having both OE1 and 2, I can tell you, the real strong suit of all PROJECT SAM libraries are all patches related to STRINGS or FULL ORCHESTRAS .!! OMG..!!! I've been listening many many many string libraries, including the CineSamples ones, and I haven't found, so far, a deeper and richer sound like the ones you get in any given PROJECT SAM library. Don't get me wrong, OE1 & 2 are AMAZING as a whole, same thing will apply to SYMPHOBIA series but BRASS and WOODWINDS patches on those libraries, despite of being very usable, can't compare with the CineSamples guys nor EAST-WEST BRASS or WINDS libraries, but boy....when you are in need for a real string section (or any other string patch for that matter), the boys from PROJECT SAM are the guys to follow, of course in my humble opinion.!!!
