@Machoman867 Sorry for the late reply, I just figured it out! You in fact can change every single cube to a different color. Select the cloner object on the right hand side and once clicked on, press "C" on your keyboard. This should change the type to editable and you should be able to hit the little plus for a dropdown menu of the cubes. From there you can drag and individual color on an individual cube. Hope that helps! Tell me if you need a video tutorial
