I'd check out some tutorials about the difference between reflectance and Reflection/Specular. It's basically just separated out vs Reflectance.

Hi , Thank you for the tutorial. But after aplying the jiggle and turbulence force , NOTHING HAPPENS even with increasing the strengh of the turbulence . that's weird because all is done right and the order on child/parent is also right , :(

Yeah. I'm having the same problem. I'm a complete beginner, but i've followed everything that's shown on the video. What you get to happen on 6:45 does not happen on my cinema 4d program. Do I need to set keyframes or something?

Actually, I just figured it out the problem. The Spline Wrap and the jiggle are attached to the capsule. But with me personally, I attached the jiggle to the spline wrap. Which screwed up the effect.

Hi there! I think if I'm understanding correctly you just need to adjust the spline so it's not overlapping itself. I'd check out my C4D Lite training to get a better idea of how to create splines: eyedesyn.com/cinema4d-lite

hello. i tried to apply jiggle, but then the capsule wont wrap around my text, it can only back to normal if i decrease the jiggle strength to 0. do you know how to fix this?

Help please! I have an animation with a Spline Wrap, animating it keying the "offset" of the spline wrap. I added hair on the Spline Wrap, but it's not working on the animation (I see all the hair of the spline, but not on the spline wrap). It's not aplying the hair, when the spline grows throw the time. How can I see the hair on the spline wrap offset? Thanks everyone!

You must have the Spline Wrap a child of whatever object you want to apply the effect to, so I would make sure you're following all the steps!

How to covert Font in Single line? Anyone?

In Illustrator you can "Convert Text to Outlines" and then bring that single line font path into C4D by saving out your AI file.

But when you convert, only border will be transformed in path, I would like to know how to get a single path, not the border (Sorry my english).
